Privacy
Your family's business stays your family's business.
Privacy isn't a feature we added on. It's the foundation the whole thing is built on.
Four promises
You decide what she sees, and what she does with it.
- Read-only emailConnect Outlook or Gmail with a secure sign-in. She never sees your password, never stores your emails, and you can disconnect any time.
- You choose what she watches forShe looks only at 6am and 6pm, and only for the keywords and notices you've set.
- Nothing automaticEverything she finds waits under "Waiting for your approval". You add it or dismiss it — you're the one who decides what makes the list.
- You stay in controlLock any card private, share only what you choose, and anything you remove sits in Recently Removed for seven days before it's gone.
Those four promises, in plain language: she reads only what you point her to, she never stores your emails, and she never acts on her own.
Read-only, and only when you say so
You connect your inbox — Outlook or Gmail — with a secure sign-in handled by your email provider. We never see or store your password, and the connection is read-only: she can read along, but she can't send, reply, delete or change a thing. If you'd rather she stopped, you disconnect in Settings, and that's that.
She looks twice a day, for what you've told her to find
She isn't sitting in your inbox all day. She checks at 6am and 6pm, and only for the keywords and notices you set — the school, the class names, the things that matter to your family. The rest of your inbox is none of her concern, and she leaves it that way.
Nothing reaches your list without you
When she finds something — a date, a form, an excursion — it doesn't land on your day. It waits under "Waiting for your approval", where you add it or dismiss it. You're always the one who decides what makes the list. She never decides for you.
You're in control of all of it
Tick something off or dismiss it and it sits in Recently Removed for seven days, so a wrong tap is never the end of the world. Lock any card private and invited family can't see it. And family members only ever see what you choose to share — your private items stay yours.
Plainly: what we are, and aren't
We're a warm assistant for the family. Not a wellness app, not a data business — your family's days are not a product, and we've built it that way.

Built to be trusted with the family.
Read-only by design, nothing added without your say-so, and you in control the whole way through.
